- No Refunds and Returns:Our store policy is NO refunds and returns.
- Final Sale Items:Purchases made on items listed on sale, using discount codes are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Colour Variation: Please note that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Differences in colour will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.
- Stone variation :Please note that natural stone products may be different in sizes dueto their different composition and different sizes
- Hygienic Factors: Piercings such as earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic factors.
- Unboxing Video:We advise you to make a video of opening your package at the time of delivery to expedite your claim.
MY JEWELLERY IS BROKEN/DAMAGED
If you have received a product that is broken or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please follow the instructions below
- Email Us: Send an email to mistletoeera@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please attach images and unboxing videos of the products showing the defect.
- Return Process:Upon reviewing your request, we will initiate the return of the damaged product within 5-10 days. Please re-pack the product in its original packaging along with the original receipt/invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE SHIPMENT:

- Refund Process:In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business days after we process the cancellation request.
